Our prices include all taxes and a daily cleaning service. Prices can vary based on the season (Christmas and Easter) and if you book a room via a reservation system or travel agent.

There are many excellent coffee houses, bakeries and deli’s around the area, and we have found for this reason that our guests prefer to go out for breakfast. Therefore we do not serve breakfast. We provide in each room a kettle with mugs and instant tee-&coffee bags for your first day There are also no kitchen facilities available. Air condition is available in each room for 8€ extra on require.

Cancellations should be made 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise we will be obliged to charge your credit card with the total amount.

To make your check out easier, we would greatly appreciate it, if you could pay us up on arrival.

For bookings made directly via the website, a 25% deposit will be charged.

The remaining amount will be paid in cash on site.
