Eine exzellente Lage für Ihren Wienaufenthalt! Sie finden uns in Mariahilf, zwischen der Altstadt „Ringstraße“ und dem, „Westbahnhof“. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß und die restlichen mit den Verkehrsanbindungen direkt vor dem Haus schnell und einfach erreichbar.

Arrival Information Public Transport The nearest subway station is Neubaugasse (U3 line), located directly in front of our building. The nearest bus stop is Bus Line 13A (coming from Vienna Central Station / Hauptbahnhof), also located directly in front of the building. You can plan your individual route or download the Wiener Linien app and purchase your tickets for your stay using the following link: https://shop.wienmobil.at/de/products Vienna Airport Connections During the Main Railway Line Closure (7 September 2026 – End of October 2027) During the modernization works, Wien Mitte (Landstraße) Station will be closed. • The S7 Airport Rapid Transit Line will operate only between the airport and St. Marx. • The REX7 regional train will be diverted via Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) to and from the airport. • You can also travel between Vienna Central Station and Vienna Airport using ÖBB long-distance trains. • The City Airport Train (CAT) will provide replacement buses between Wien Mitte and Vienna Airport, operating up to five times per hour. • ÖBB Postbus will expand the Vienna Airport Bus service. Subject to official approval, an additional bus connection between Wien Praterstern and Vienna Airport will be available. For up-to-date information about airport transfers, please visit the City Airport Train website. Cheapest Way to Reach Us from Vienna Airport Using public transportation, it usually takes approximately 1.5 hours from landing to our front door. Please take the S7 train to Wien Mitte, then transfer to the U3 subway line and travel 5 stops to Neubaugasse. At Neubaugasse Station: 1. Take the Amerlingstraße exit. 2. At Café Ritter, turn left into Schadekgasse. 3. After the bus stop, turn right into the small lane. 4. Our address is: Chwallagasse 2, Vienna Parking Parking in Vienna is subject to fees: • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 • Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 We recommend the most economical option: Park & Ride Garages • €4.60 per 24 hours • Most convenient locations for reaching us: o U3 Erdberg o U3 Ottakring Alternatively, directly behind our building there is the MAHÜ77 Garage (entrance from Dampfböckgasse). • Special rate with hotel card: €19 per day • Hotel parking cards are available at the reception.

Öffentliche Anbindung

Die am nächsten gelegene U-Bahnstation ist: Linie U3 Neubaugasse direkt vor unserem Haus. Die am nächsten gelegene Bushaltestelle: 13A von Hauptbahnhof auch direkt vor dem Haus. Flughafen Wien: Anbindung während der Stammstreckensperre (7.September 2026 bis Ende Oktober 2027)
  • Während der Modernisierungsarbeiten ist die Station Wien Mitte (Landstraße) gesperrt. Die Flughafenschnellbahn S7 ist daher kurzgeführt und verkehrt ab/bis St. Marx. Die Linie REX7 wird über Wien Hauptbahnhof in Richtung Flughafen umgeleitet.
  • Außerdem gelangen Sie mit Zügen des ÖBB-Fernverkehrs ab Wien Hauptbahnhof zum Flughafen Wien.
  • Der City Airport Train bietet während der Hauptsperre Ersatzbusse zwischen Wien Mitte und Flughafen an, die bis zu 5 Mal pro Stunde verkehren.
  • ÖBB Postbus erweitert das Angebot der Vienna Airport Busse. Vorbehaltlich der behördlichen Genehmigung gibt es eine zusätzliche Bus-Verbindung zwischen Wien Praterstern und Flughafen Wien.

Vom Flughafen am günstigsten reisen Sie so an:
Mit den öffentlichen etwa 1 und halb Stunde nach der Landung bis zu unserer Haustür. Bitte nehmen Sie die S7 Schnellbahn bis Wien Mitte, dann die U3 Metrolinie für 5 Haltestellen bis zur Neubaugasse. Nehmen Sie den Ausgang zu Amerlingstraße, beim Kaffee Ritter auf der Schadekgasse nach links und nach der Busstation gleich die kleine Gasse rechts hinein: Chwallagasse 2.

Parken
ist In Wien gebührenpflichtig von Montag bis Freitag 08:00-18:00 & Samstag 08:00-12:00
Wir empfehlen daher die kostengünstigste Variante Park&Ride Garage zu 4,60 Euro/24Stunden. Zu uns am besten bei der U-Bahnstation U3 – ERDBERG oder OTTAKRING.
Hinter uns ist die Einfahrt (von der Dampfböckgasse) in die Garage MAHÜ77  19€/Tag mit Hotelkarte. Hotelkarten sind an der Rezeption erhältlich.

Collegamenti con l’Aeroporto di Vienna durante la chiusura della linea ferroviaria principale

(dal 7 settembre 2026 alla fine di ottobre 2027)

Durante i lavori di modernizzazione, la stazione Wien Mitte (Landstraße) sarà chiusa.

  • La linea ferroviaria aeroportuale S7 circolerà solo tra l’aeroporto e St. Marx.
  • Il treno regionale REX7 sarà deviato attraverso la Stazione Centrale di Vienna (Wien Hauptbahnhof) in direzione dell’aeroporto.
  • È inoltre possibile raggiungere l’aeroporto utilizzando i treni a lunga percorrenza delle ÖBB dalla Stazione Centrale di Vienna.
  • Il City Airport Train (CAT) metterà a disposizione autobus sostitutivi tra Wien Mitte e l’Aeroporto di Vienna, con una frequenza fino a 5 corse all’ora.
  • ÖBB Postbus amplierà il servizio Vienna Airport Bus. Salvo approvazione delle autorità competenti, sarà disponibile un collegamento aggiuntivo tra Wien Praterstern e l’Aeroporto di Vienna.

Come raggiungerci dall’Aeroporto di Vienna nel modo più economico

Con i mezzi pubblici, il viaggio richiede generalmente circa un’ora e mezza dall’atterraggio fino alla nostra struttura.

Prendete la linea S7 fino a Wien Mitte, quindi cambiate con la metropolitana U3 e proseguite per 5 fermate fino a Neubaugasse.

Una volta arrivati a Neubaugasse:

  1. Uscite dall’uscita Amerlingstraße.
  2. Presso il Café Ritter, girate a sinistra in Schadekgasse.
  3. Dopo la fermata dell’autobus, girate a destra nel piccolo vicolo.
  4. Il nostro indirizzo è:
